Overview
In the unlikely circumstance that you would like to return or exchange your item my refund and returns/ exchange policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It should also be in the same packaging for most items.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personalized items
Please contact me via the contact link before returning any item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of time. It may also take a bit longer for the bank or credit card company to post it to your account. If you haven’t received your refund in 7 days time, please contact me.
Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact me.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping, if included, will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning costly items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your item.
